SilverStone Hospice provides 24/7 patient and family-centered care that optimizes quality of life by anticipating, preventing and treating symptoms to bring comfort. Our Board-Certified Medical Directors lead our team of nurses, aides, spiritual counselors, and social workers to provide treatments tailored to meet patients’ needs as we walk with you every step of the way. Hospice is covered 100% by Medicare, Medicaid, or most private Insurance, there are no out-of-pocket expenses to receive your hospice benefit.
