Established in 2010, SilverStone recruits and trains compassionate individuals who are committed to long-term personal development and using their skills for positive impact in people’s lives. We specialize in awakening high accountability, discipline and clinical excellence though mentorship and continued education programs. For every new team member hired at SilverStone, we review hundreds of qualified candidates and the interview process includes a multi-disciplinary team who selects the candidates based on 100% consensus. Every new team member, regardless of age or experience, goes through the SilverStone orientation and training programs. Most members of our team found their passion for hospice through volunteering, and at SilverStone we keep volunteering at the core of everyone’s career paths.
